Branding and Customization
The Branding section allows you to customize the authentication experience for your organization. You can configure your organization's default branding and create additional brands, each with its own theme, labels, domains, endpoints, settings, and communication templates.
Customize various branding elements such as logos, favicons, colors, authentication page text, custom domains, and email and SMS templates to deliver a consistent and personalized experience for different brands within your organization.
Configuration Steps
- Navigate to Customization >> Login and Registration Branding.

- Click Add Brand or click the Edit icon next to an existing brand to modify its branding configuration.

- Enter branding name to create a new brand.

Theme: The Theme tab lets you customize the visual appearance of your brand across authentication pages.
- Upload Logo to display your organization's branding on the login, registration, and other authentication pages.
- Upload Favicon to display your brand icon in the browser tab during authentication.
- Configure the Primary Color to customize the color used for buttons and other primary UI elements.
- Configure the Background Color to customize the background of the login panel.
- Use the Preview dropdown to view how the selected branding appears across different authentication pages before saving.
- Click Next to continue.

Labels: The Labels tab allows you to customize the text displayed throughout the end-user authentication experience.
- Configure the Login Page Heading displayed on the sign-in page.
- Configure the Forgot Password Page Heading displayed on the password reset page.
- Specify the Password Changed Redirect URL Text displayed after a successful password reset.
- Configure the IDP Page Title Heading displayed on the Identity Provider selection page.
- Configure the Cloud Apps Section Header Text displayed on the End User Dashboard.
- Click Next.

Domains: The Domains tab allows you to manage the domains associated with the selected brand. Depending on whether you are configuring the Default Brand or a newly created brand, the available options vary.
Note: Follow the steps below based on whether you are configuring the Default Brand or Custom Created Brand for your brand.
Default Brand
- Configure the Organization Name, which is used to generate your tenant access URL (for example,
org.xecurify.com).
- Review the automatically generated Default Domain associated with your tenant.
- Enter your custom domain (for example,
org.example.com) in the Custom Domains field.
- Click Add Domain to associate a custom domain with the selected brand and enable access through your organization's vanity URL.
- Create a separate brand for each additional custom domain you want to use.
- Verify that the newly added domain appears under the Added Domains section.
- Update the required DNS records with your domain registrar or DNS provider. Once the DNS changes are complete, share your SSL certificate and private key with the miniOrange support team to enable the custom domain.
- Click Next.

Custom Created Brand

Endpoints:The Endpoints tab displays the authentication URLs generated for the selected custom domain.

Settings: The Settings tab lets you configure additional branding preferences and end-user options.
- Specify the Branding Name for the selected brand.
- Enable Show "Forgot Password" link to users to display the password reset option on the login page.
- Enable Allow users to register to allow self-service user registration.
- Configure the Sender Name displayed in authentication emails.
- Configure the Sender Email address used for sending authentication emails.
- Click Save.

Custom Email Templates
Email templates are managed separately for each brand, allowing every brand to have its own customized email notifications.
- Navigate to Customization >> Email and SMS Templates.
- Select the required Email Template.
- Choose Use System Default Email Template or Set Customized Email Template.
- If Set Customized Email Template is enabled, select the appropriate Brand from the dropdown.
- Configure the From, Subject, and Body fields according to your branding requirements.
- Enter a valid recipient email address in the To field and click Send Test Email to verify that the email template is configured correctly. Review the received email to ensure the formatting, branding, placeholders, and content appear as expected.
- Once verified, click Save to apply the template configuration.

Custom SMS Templates
SMS templates can also be configured independently for each brand.
- Navigate to Customization >> Email and SMS Templates.
- Select the required SMS Template.
- Choose Use System Default SMS Template or Set Customized SMS Template.
- Select the appropriate Brand.
- Configure the SMS message according to your branding requirements.
- Send a Test SMS to verify the template before saving.
- Click Save.
